Location : Pittsburgh, PA

Salary : $70,000-$75,000 + Bonus

About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager to join our team in the manufacturing sector. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy of financial records, particularly in inventory management and reporting. The ideal candidate has strong manufacturing accounting experience, a hands-on approach, and the ability to manage month-end close processes and financial statement preparation.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements using Crystal software.

Oversee all inventory accounts, including monthly reconciliations, trend analysis, and reporting.

Conduct physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Manage month-end close activities and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Collaborate with operations and finance teams to maintain accurate records and support business decisions.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry with inventory accounting focus.

Strong knowledge of month-end close procedures and financial statement preparation.

Proficiency with Crystal reporting software preferred.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
