Key Responsibilities for the Accountant Role :

Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and journal entries

The Accountant will oversee month-end and year-end close processes

Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of the general ledger

The Accountant will analyze financial data and trends to support business planning

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS)

The Accountant will coordinate and support internal and external audits

Qualifications of the Accountant Role :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)

Advanced Excel skills

Previous accounting experience in a hybrid or fast-paced environment preferred
