Description :
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our Risk Adjustment Analytics product. This role will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, operations, and client teams to deliver solutions that drive accuracy, efficiency, and value in risk adjustment programs.
What You Will Do :
- Own the product roadmap and backlog for the Risk Adjustment platform
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and product features
- Define and track key performance metrics (e.g., RAF accuracy, coding yield, audit pass rates)
- Partner with engineering and data teams to guide product development and ensure delivery against timelines
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on client needs, compliance requirements, and ROI
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the risk adjustment space
- Lead UAT and coordinate client feedback for continuous product improvement
- Ensure product documentation, training materials, and release notes are clear and accessible

3+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare or health techStrong understanding of risk adjustment (Medicare Advantage, ACA, HCC models, etc.)Experience working with analytics products or data platformsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environmentFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, and agile development practicesExperience with risk adjustment vendors, health plans, or coding workflows
