Job Description

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for driving the alignment of business and product strategies across a designated portfolio of products. This role leads a team of product managers, guiding them to execute key initiatives and achieve strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will own the full product lifecycle—from strategy and development to maintenance and rationalization—while serving as a key liaison across internal departments and external partners. This position plays a critical role in shaping product offerings, driving innovation, and supporting business growth through customer-centric decision-making.

The Pay Rate range for this position is $37 - $41 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
