Position Overview
The Vice President, Resource Management is a senior strategic leader responsible for overseeing agency-wide workforce planning, utilization strategy, and operational efficiency across disciplines. This individual partners closely with executive leadership to ensure BGB's talent resources are optimally aligned with client demands, business growth, and profitability goals. Acting as a critical bridge between operations, finance, and department leadership, the VP will drive forward-looking capacity planning, implement best-in-class systems and processes, and provide strategic oversight of all resourcing functions to support a balanced, scalable, and high-performing organization.

Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Resource Management, Operations, or Project Management within a creative or healthcare agency environment. Proven experience leading a Resource Management function or equivalent operational team at scale. Strong financial and business acumen, with a demonstrated ability to connect resourcing strategies to broader business outcomes. Expertise in resource management systems and analytics-driven decision-making. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
Salary Range : $185,000 - $215,000 The salary range provided is for the NYC-hybrid position, which requires occasional in-office presence, and represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. For candidates in other locations, salary will be adjusted to reflect local market rates. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need.
