Position Overview

The Vice President, Resource Management is a senior strategic leader responsible for overseeing agency-wide workforce planning, utilization strategy, and operational efficiency across disciplines. This individual partners closely with executive leadership to ensure BGB's talent resources are optimally aligned with client demands, business growth, and profitability goals.

Acting as a critical bridge between operations, finance, and department leadership, the VP will drive forward-looking capacity planning, implement best-in-class systems and processes, and provide strategic oversight of all resourcing functions to support a balanced, scalable, and high-performing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Resource Leadership

• Lead the development and execution of BGB's overarching resource management strategy to support short- and long-term business objectives.
• Partner with executive leadership to forecast staffing needs across all functions (Account, Creative, Medical, Project Management, Studio, and Support).
• Ensure agency utilization targets, client deliverables, and profitability goals are met through proactive workforce and pipeline planning.
• Oversee headcount planning, hiring prioritization, and freelance optimization in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Finance.

Qualifications

Salary Range : $185,000 - $215,000

The salary range provided is for the NYC-hybrid position, which requires occasional in-office presence, and represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. For candidates in other locations, salary will be adjusted to reflect local market rates. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at BGB Group.
