About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Portfolio Management to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the development and execution of a variety of real estate investment strategies, with a focus on multifamily and student housing. This role involves the full spectrum of the real estate investment process, from analyzing and executing new opportunities to formulating and marketing new strategies. The VP will also be responsible for ongoing financial modeling, liquidity management, and investor reporting. Applicants for the Vice President of Portfolio Management position at the company should be highly motivated, team-oriented, and possess a natural ability to build relationships. The role requires a hands-on approach and a strong desire to learn and grow within the team. A background in real estate investment, development, investment banking, or finance, with a minimum of 6-8 years' experience, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multifamily and student housing transactions, including underwriting various investment opportunities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, managerial experience, and strong analytical, writing, and communication skills are also necessary. A Bachelor's degree is required, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines is a must.
