ER RN - Travel Contract Trauma Level I Nights

Location : Phoenix, AZ

Contract : 13 Weeks 36 Hours per Week 12-Hour Nights

Gross Pay : $2,300 / week gross

Shift : 12-hour nights, 4 weekend shifts every 4 weeks, and 2 of the 4 major holidays

Job Details

  • Unit : Emergency Department / Trauma
  • Trauma Level : I
  • Patient Load : Acute (36 beds), Subacute (54 beds), Trauma Bays (6 - no travelers)
  • Ratios : 1 : 4
  • Charting System : Cerner
  • Scrub Color : Navy
  • Floating : Between multiple ER locations within approximately 30 minutes of each other

    • Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Level I Trauma experience (8+ months considered)
  • Cerner experience required
  • No first-time travelers
  • Must pass DYS exam prior to accepting (2 attempts allowed; if failed, DNU for 6 months)
  • Must maintain natural hair color and no facial piercings
  • Men must be clean-shaven for fit testing
  • Required Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS
  • Preferred Certifications : TNCC, ATCN

    • Additional Details

  • Floating may occur mid-shift between ERs
  • Weekend / Holiday Requirement : 4 weekend shifts per month; 2 of 4 major holidays
