    Job Description

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the aerospace and defense sector.
    • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that meet client specifications.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients that clearly communicate product capabilities and benefits.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in alignment with company policies.
    • Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports for management review.
    • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's services.
    • Stay updated on industry developments and product innovations.

      The Successful Applicant

      A successful Technical Sales professional should have :

    • A strong technical background in the industrial and manufacturing sector- engineering degree not required, but preferred.
    • A strong understanding of technical products and their applications.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly.
    • The ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Problem-solving skills to address client challenges with effective solutions.
    • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset to drive sales success.
