We are looking for a Data Driven Relationship Manager to join our global digital acceleration team
This position reports directly to the Director of Global Digital Acceleration and will have full responsibility to lead Caesarstone data driven relationship global best practice ;
from strategy and insight to build fundamentalcapabilities, infrastructure and methodical processes to roll out data driven relationships (B2C and B2B), with hands on analysis , to grow brand preference and conversion
Job Duties :
- Responsible to build Global first party data asset and leverage opportunities to increase data base
- Manage smart and healthy data base define consumer profile, engagement KPIs and proactively act to improve and enrich consumer base
- Design journeys and engagements plan to support brand communication and business goals
- Identify and implement new tools to drive impactful relationship throughout the consumer journey
- Set clear goals and KPIs with full ownership on DDR performance : websites, FPD and engagement plan. Performing analysis, designing reports, presenting findings, and drawing conclusions global center of knowledge
- Work with full collaboration with CorporateMarketing & IT teams, BUs Marketing team, legal team, Relationship Marketing partner and local Digital Agencies
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in data driven relationship a must
- Experience in managing simultaneous large-scale digital marketing projects, priorities and demonstrated matrix-team leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to turn requirements, ideas and a vision into well processed and thought-out brief and excellent execution
- Demonstrated track record of marketing, business, and technology orientation with strong analytics capabilities
- Experience with Marketing Automation & CRM
- Proven work experience with BI tools design and utilization
- Basic experience with SQL an advantage
- Experience in global organization an advantage
- Excellent English a must
- Education :
- Bachelor's Degree in business management / marketing / communication / statistic must
- Professional training in the field of data management & analysis, BI, marketing automation - an advantage
