LAMMES CANDIES SINCE 1885, Inc. is an Austin original!!! We are a 5th generation, family-owned, hometown company making quality candy . Lammes Candies is hiring production workers to wrap and package our candies. The full-time position includes on-the-job training and consists of weighing, wrapping, and packing candies into a variety of packages. The hours are 6 : 45 to 3 : 30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Weekends are possible during the holiday season. This position needs someone who is flexible and can stay longer if needed.

Job requirements :

• high school diploma / GED;
• basic math skills;
• ability to use and read a scale;
• ability to record production and tracking reports;
• able to follow direction and take directions from others;
• able to work with both hands, with dexterity and speed;
• must be able to stand for more than 7 hours at a time;
• able to bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds;
• pay close attention to detail with accuracy and precision;
• dependability and excellent attendance; and
• ability to work in a group environment or independently.
