Director, Processor Engagement and Solutions

The Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) team is a world-class commercial organization experiencing tremendous growth as we expand into new payment flows and continue to grow our core solutions. Our global clients and partners deploy our solutions to serve the needs of Small Businesses, Middle Market Clients, Large Corporate Clients, Multi Nationals and Governments. This role requires strategic thinking, collaboration, commercialization skills and creative problem-solving. The candidate will bring prior experience with hands-on client management, product management, and deep knowledge of B2B payments and payments ecosystem. The candidate will need to engage and influence leaders at Visa and our partners. Essential to this role is the ability to communicate clearly at varying levels, build effective internal and external relationships and drive action across a highly matrixed organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Visa Commercial Solutions subject matter expert on all things related to processors and processing when it comes to commercial payments
  • Deliver the Visa Commercial Solutions processor strategy. This includes understanding our commercial payments product roadmap, dependencies on payments processing environments and driving our integration and go to market approach

  • Support Global Product with prioritization of key features and business models required to prime the processor distribution channel
  • Partner with account executives to engage with processor partners and develop joint roadmaps that will enable the success of our clients
  • Work hand-in-hand with sales teams, solution specialists and potential clients, answering questions on processor environment considerations, as well as providing recommendations on the best way to integrate our products to achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Part of the Global Product team. Act as a resident expert on product capabilities, use cases, and roadmap. Support stakeholder questions related to products, services and integrated processors around the world. Communicate and evangelizes roadmap and dependencies with key stakeholders
