Key Responsibilities

Manage enterprise-level applications and lead production support teams

Oversee project efforts, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions

Develop and maintain documentation, processes, and dashboards for production support

Required Qualifications

Masters / BS / Equivalent Training / Certification with 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level applications

5+ years of experience in team management

Deep knowledge of application architectures and workflows

Experience with application configuration management and deployment processes

Familiarity with technical troubleshooting and collaboration in a global team environment
