Overview

Kounsel is hiring creative Content Creators to produce engaging videos and host interactive livestreams across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. As a promoter of our brand, you’ll create content that drives engagement, builds community, and boosts sales. In addition to an hourly base rate, you’ll have the chance to earn performance-based bonuses for high engagement and conversions.

What You’ll Do

• Create short-form and long-form video content (tutorials, behind-the-scenes, product demos and more) to promote Kounsel.
• Host live streams, answer audience questions, and drive product awareness.
• Build relationships with followers through comments, DMs, and live interactions.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to align content with campaigns.
• Stay on top of trends to keep content fresh and engaging.

Benefits

Base Compensation : You will receive a fixed payment for producing the video. The compensation structure varies based on the type of video and may be calculated as follows :

Performance-Based Incentives : In addition to the base pay, you are eligible for performance bonuses based on the video’s engagement and sales performance across platforms.
