- We're looking for a senior-level B2B Product Marketing Manager to cover a 7-month maternity leave. This role is highly tactical and focused on owning the audience-to-product connection, translating customer needs into product requirements and managing day-to-day alignment with cross-functional partners, particularly Product.
- This is not a messaging or campaign role. This person will work behind the scenes to ensure our Enterprise and Corporate products reflect real-world use cases, workflows, and adoption needs.
Core Responsibilities
1. Connect Audience Insights to Product Development
Gather and synthesize feedback from Sales, Support, and field teamsDocument key customer pain points, jobs-to-be-done, and emerging use casesCreate actionable product requirement briefs for review with Product ManagersTrack changes in audience needs and communicate trends to internal teams2. Maintain Product Readiness by Segment
Monitor the product roadmap and flag features relevant to the segmentParticipate in product planning and design reviews as the audience advocateEnsure upcoming features address real segment workflows and expectationsMaintain a readiness tracker tied to priority initiatives3. Lead Validation & Feedback Loops
Coordinate validation efforts with internal SMEs and customers as neededIdentify misalignment between feature capabilities and audience needsShare early feedback to guide product refinement or positioningMaintain clear documentation and summaries of validation outcomes4. Support Cross-Functional AlignmentShare audience insights in roadmap and planning syncsPartner with Enablement, Messaging, and Pricing teams to ensure the voice of the customer is representedFlag strategic product shifts (e.g., AI, packaging changes) requiring audience POVCoordinate with PMM Ops to keep deliverables and timelines on trackKey Deliverables
