About the Role :

This leadership position involves managing and executing structural engineering designs and permitting for a variety of commercial and industrial projects. You'll guide a talented team, foster innovation, and ensure high-quality outcomes across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting professional development and technical excellence.
  • Oversee structural design efforts, including concrete, steel, and retaining structure rehabilitation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Drive innovation by staying current with technological advancements and industry trends.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • 6+ years of experience in structural engineering, including concrete and steel design.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis tools and building code interpretation.
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques and framing systems.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
  • Business acumen including financial oversight and market awareness.
