Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, motions, and client correspondence
Represent clients in State and Bankruptcy Court and related proceedings
Advise clients on a wide range of business and legal issues
Manage case files, deadlines, and workflows with strong attention to detail
Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and decision-making
Licensed attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience (
Active membership in the California State Bar
Strong knowledge of Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Corporate Governance, and Litigation
Prior experience working in a law firm or similar legal environment
Proficiency in legal research tools, AI and methodologies
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
