Job Description
JOB OBJECTIVE : This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to support the Corporate Hospitality & Meeting Specialist and Sr. Corporate Hospitality Program Manager. The intern will assist in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences across Promega's guest houses and unique meeting / event spaces. In addition to day-to-day support tasks, the intern will apply their academic knowledge to evaluate and suggest improvements to existing processes in hospitality, guest engagement, and event logistics.
This internship also provides an excellent opportunity to shadow hospitality professionals and contribute to a wide range of support activities across Corporate Hospitality, the CuE (Customer Experience) team, and Corporate Affairs. This role is ideal for students studying hospitality management, event planning, business operations, facility management, or related fields.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Currently enrolled in a degree program in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Event Planning, or a related field.
2. Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
3. Detail-oriented with interest in logistics and operational systems.
4. Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with digital reporting or scheduling systems is a plus.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Prior customer service or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
2. Experience with reporting tools, scheduling platforms, or SharePoint is a plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
1. Ability to remain stationary for several hours at a time.
2. Ability to move objects up to 20 pounds.
3. Ability to position oneself to access supplies and materials at various heights.
4. Ability to traverse between multiple buildings across campus.
5. Ability to use a computer and Microsoft Office applications.
