Job descriptionWork Dates Needed : 12 / 08-1 / 30 / 2026 with potential for extension Preferred Schedule : 8-5 Mon-Fri Worksite Setting : Outpatient - freestanding clinic Scope of Work : As a locum, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : active, unrestricted WA license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert required. EMR : Allscripts Pay Rate Preferred : $85-90 / hr
