This is a remote position. We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist who can take ownership of the entire hiring processfrom sourcing and screening to guiding candidates through the final stages. This role requires a mix of strong recruiting expertise, AI fluency, data-driven decision-making, and technical understanding to support diverse hiring needs. You will work closely with hiring managers across multiple time zones and contribute to broader initiatives beyond recruitment.

This is a part-time or full-time position with potential for growth.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
• Work with data and recruitment metrics to improve decision-making and track hiring success.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Screen and evaluate both technical and non-technical candidates across multiple domains.
• Apply AI tools and methodologies to streamline recruiting processes, enhance sourcing, and improve candidate evaluation.
• Leverage knowledge of technology, AI, and technical roles to effectively assess candidates and engage with hiring teams.
• Conduct interviews, assess skills and culture fit, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain and organize the candidate database, ensuring accurate records and effective use of talent pipelines.
• Maintain talent pipelines across multiple regions and adjust strategies for global hiring needs.
• Overlap with different time zones as needed to support international recruitment efforts.
• Contribute to broader HR and cross-departmental initiatives as needed.
