Legal Search Executive Recruiter

The Legal Search Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for attorney roles within law firms and corporate legal departments. Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs. Analyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, creates and deploys client and role-specific recruiting strategies. Develops client accounts and generates new business through candidate and client leads, referrals and various forms of marketing. Builds and maintains a comprehensive candidate pipeline that addresses client needs. Serves as subject matter expert on market trends, target industries, and roles.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Source and interview candidates for attorney roles within law firms and corporate legal departments.
• Conduct cold-calling to identify potential leads and effectively market candidates to clients, showcasing their skills and suitability for specific roles.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, on behalf of your candidates and clients.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and attract candidates.
• Cultivates client accounts and drives new business by leveraging candidate and client leads, referrals and a variety of marketing strategies.
• Keeps up to date with current industry trends and recruitment best practices, while building and maintaining a network of professional contacts through active participation in trade associations and networking organizations.

Anticipated Salary : $50,000-$70,000 unless outlined below. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.

California $68,640-$70,000

Colorado $56,485-$70,000

New York City, Long Island, and Westchester Counties - $64,350-$70,000

New York- All Other Locations - $60,405.80-$70,000

Washington - $77,968.80

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include : medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
