Base pay and schedule

Base pay range

$17.50 / hr - $18.75 / hr

Enrichment Specialist Monday through Friday 7 : 30A-3 : 30P

Monday through Friday, day hours - NO EVENINGS, WEEKENDS, OR HOLIDAYS!

Pay progression : $17.50 / hour with a high school diploma or Associate's Degree; pay increases to $18.00 / hour at 6 months of successful employment. $18.75 / hour with a 4-year degree; pay increases to $19.25 / hour after 6 months of successful employment.

Responsibilities

• Supports higher-needs adults with developmental disabilities through community integration activities, including supervising individuals in the community, researching volunteering opportunities, arranging tours and visits, and matching individuals to opportunities.
• Direct care (assist with meals, escort people, toileting).
• 1 : 1 supports.
• Daily programming (contract work, arts & crafts, exercise, sensory goals, cooking groups).
• Case management for approximately 8 persons served.
• Provide transportation as needed using the TSE van.

Qualifications and skills

Must Have :

Creativity

High School Diploma or higher

Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Ability to pass a DHS applicant background study

Bonuses

The Enrichment Specialist position includes a $2000 hiring bonus :

$500 paid out at 1 month of successful employment

$250 paid out at 3 months of successful employment

$250 paid out at 6 months of successful employment

$250 paid out at 9 months of successful employment

$750 paid out at 1 year of successful employment

$200 longevity bonus at 1 year of successful employment, for a total of $2,200 in bonuses within your first year

Compliance

Compliance with 245D licensing rules, an MVR background check, and a valid driver's license are required. We provide all training and will certify you in First Aid, CPR, Medication Administration, and Mandt (Behavior Management).
