- Abilitytoperformproactivesystemmonitoring
- Capabilitytocoordinatewithvendorsupportteams
- Properlyescalatingunresolvedissuestoupperlevelsupport
- CoordinatingwithITServiceDeskforaccuratedocumentation
- Configurationchangesforbusinesscriticalsystems
- MaintainingphysicalinventoryofconnectionsandequipmentineachIDF / MDF
- Establishdocumentationandoperationalprotocols
- Maintainfulldocumentationofallsystemsandprocedures
- Knowledgebasearticlesforrecurringproblems
