This position involves managing diverse HR functions in a fast-paced environment, including recruitment, employee relations, workforce development, payroll, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through development and retention.
• Ensure accuracy of payroll, personnel records, and HRIS data.
• Support labor relations through grievance tracking, research, and negotiations assistance.
• Coordinate training initiatives, compliance activities, and workforce development programs.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and community outreach events to strengthen employer branding.
• Advise employees and leaders on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Prepare reports, analyze HR data, and contribute to process improvements.
