Arcus FM are hiring an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi-site retail clients. What’s in it for you? Competitive Salary - £49,767 Company van and fuel card – with personal use available from day one Full door-to-door pay - earn from the moment you leave home 25 days annual leave , plus bank holidays Enhanced overtime rates for additional earnings – All overtime is paid as time and a half (Earn an average of £12,000 extra per year) Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance What you’ll be doing : You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same. What we’re looking for : Essential : Valid UK driver’s license Refrigeration engineering experience F-Gas certification (C&G 2079) CO2 Qualification Supermarket refrigeration experience Excellent communication and time management A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness Additional info : The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday On-call rota : 1 in every 4 weeks Why join Arcus : We’re an award-winning facilities management provider that values expertise and commitment.
