Level 3 Minimum Board Certification : Eligible License Requirement : No specific state license required to submit The Following Certifications Are Required : ACLS, BLS, Other (unspecified) Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days Will Facility Reimburse for Licensing Costs? Yes Privileges Required : Yes Temporary Privileges Available : No Low Risk Pregnancy, High Risk Pregnancy, FHR Interpretation (NST / CST / FSE), OB Ultrasounds (Level I and Level II), Routine Delivery (Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-making for C-section), Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations, Office / Minor GYN (IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, Cryosurgery, LEEP), Surgical GYN : Open, Laparoscopic (Minor / Diagnostic), Operative / Major Complicated Deliveries (C-section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruption, VBAC), Laser Certification Supervision of APPs required No resident or teaching supervision expected Facility accepts multiple providers
