TITLE : Maintenance Manager

LOCATION : Alsip, IL

COMP RANGE : $ 100 ,000 - $1 40 ,000 plus bonus

Griffith Foods is hiring a Maintenance Manager to develop, implement and communicate the maintenance and facility strategy .

This is your op portunity o be a part of a dynamic team responsible for driving maintenance-related capital investment projects end to end .

As a Maintenance Manager , your responsibilities will include :

Build and develop a skilled maintenance workforce

Implement structured maintenance systems

Establish robust spare parts and asset management systems

Ensure regulatory, environmental, and workplace safety compliance

Lead preventive maintenance efforts

Be accountable for all maintenance and facility operations

Support future automation initiatives

Support all aspects of capital projects

The Maintenance Manager position is well-suited for you if you have :

High problem-solving capabilities

Strong capital project management experience

Implemented preventative and autonomous maintenance programs

Qualified candidates will have :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Industrial Technology or Facilities Management

Minimum of 7 years' experience in maintenance function in a leader role

Minimum of 5 years' experience in food related industry.

Minimum of 5 years' experience supervising or managing a Maintenance Department.

What will set you apart :

Knowledgeable in Redzone and Origami programs

Reliability Engineering knowledge

This role is affiliated to the Alsip, IL location, and candidates for this role need to reside within a commutable distance that location and will be required to come into that location . You may be asked to travel to other locations periodically for meetings.
