Pay Rate : $40 - $40 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Maintenance Manager :

• Oversee and perform outdoor lawn maintenance
• Service and repair small engines
• Conduct basic electrical work and plumbing
• Handle painting and general labor tasks
• Manage both indoor and outdoor maintenance operations
• Apply advanced mechanical skills to daily maintenance challenges
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Maintain safety standards and ensure all work complies with regulations
