Behavioral Health Therapist-Team Lead-Competency
- Salary Range : $33.34 - $40.01 / hour or $69,347 -$83,221 annual salary
- Location : Larimer county, Colorado
- Status : full time, 40 hours per week
- Hours : Monday-Friday, In-Person / Community Based
Role Overview :
Responsible for assisting the leadership team within designated programs to ensure that clinical service lines are operating effectively, and that treatments are rendering client needs. This role will be responsible for facilitating individual and group supervision. They will also provide case consultation to clinicians and / or treatment team members, both in individual and group settings. This role will serve as a key player in interacting with key stakeholders such as 8 Judicial District (District Attorney, Public Defender’s Office, Judicial), Criminal Justice Alternatives, Bridges of Colorado staff, and the Office of Civil and Forensic Mental Health.
In order to develop and maintain a robust program, the team lead will work alongside the leadership team within a program / site to prepare the clinical team for emerging treatments and / or service array changes. Responsible for performing direct client care for clients needing mental health and / or substance use disorder treatment.
Essential Duties :
Supervision and direction of the Competency Outpatient programCollaboration and coordination with key stakeholdersProvide clinical oversight and therapy to clientsProvide training, education and support to the team as neededScreen, assess, diagnosis and create treatment plansDeliver services that address diverse social, cultural, gender and economic needs of population served utilizing equity frameworkClinically supervise other team members in regular meetingsResponsible for individual and group clinical supervisionDocument all services in a timely mannerKnowledge of diversity and inclusion with the relevant ability to engage, communicate, interact, and work effectively and cooperatively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities.Individuals who possess strengths of being a good listener, action oriented, persistent and solution focused, creative, positive and hopeful, and interested in learning are considered a good match for this position.Required :
Master's Degree from accredited College or University in counseling, psychology, social work, or related fieldMental health licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)3+ years of clinical therapy experienceDriving a company vehicle which requires a valid Colorado driver's license. At times, personal vehicle may need to used (mileage on personal vehicle use is reimbursed)Highly Desired :
LAC preferred1+ years of supervisory experience preferredExperience in behavioral healthcare working with adults with SPMI and SUDExperience with DSM-5 diagnoses and best practice treatment intervention for a variety of mental health conditions preferredBilingual / Bi-cultural preferredTotal Rewards :
