Analyst Position

We are seeking a dynamic, eager Analyst to join our Finance / Accounting team.

This role focuses on Chargeback analysis and will be responsible for other ad hoc analysis assignments.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and process chargebacks
• Coordination with other departments (Sales, AP, division presidents)
• Ensure documentation for is compliant with internal control
• Prepare schedule of open chargebacks and current status and / or challenges
• Ad Hoc Analysis
• Timely monthly general ledger closing, including posting of journal entries and reconciliation of assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Prepare workpapers and other documents to support internal and external audits

Requirements :

Salary Range is $65,000-$75,000
