Responsible for overseeing daily business operations and ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures. Manages the financial affairs of the Company by implementing and monitoring internal controls. Ensures internal control adherence and provides audit support. Directs the preparation of financial plans and reports. Monitors collections program to ensure strategies are achieving customer satisfaction. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contributes to the development of the organizations business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Typically manages multiple teams of professionals.

Core responsibilities :

• Develops, implements and maintains internal controls to safeguard Company assets. Has an awareness of industry trends and provides input to assist in strategic decision-making.
• Oversees the establishment and monitoring of capital and operating expenditures.
• Directs the facilitation and preparation of annual budgets.
• Oversees the selection, training and motivation of department personnel.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
