Job description$55,000+ opportunity based on experience Career Growth Opportunities within a growing automotive group Income potential based on your productivity and performance Greet customers with professionalism and help match their needs with the best vehicle options from our new and used inventory. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives, showcasing key features, safety, and technology. Build lasting relationships with customers and maintain a strong referral network. Develop expert-level product knowledge and stay current on all vehicle features, packages, and technologies. Manage leads from internet, phone, and walk-in customers to maximize sales opportunities. Learn to effectively overcome objections and close sales confidently. Complete all necessary paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail. Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure a positive buying experience. Follow dealership procedures for follow-up, CRM updates, and reporting to Sales Management. Bring a positive attitude and A-game every day. Previous Automotive Sales or Customer Service experience preferred training available for the right candidate. Bilingual Spanish / English required! Backgrounds in Retail Sales, Real Estate, Hospitality, or other Customer-Facing Industries are strongly encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and strong work ethic. Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM systems (VinSolutions, Autotrader, etc.) preferred. Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented with a team-player mentality. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
