Reporting to the Marketing SVP, this role is ideal for an individual who is looking to help execute on the marketing growth strategy of a top credit union.
Responsibilities :
Manage the promotional calendar and associated budget.Develop and execute content strategy that positions Florida Credit Union as a thought leader and builds brand awareness.
Manage internal communications effortsManage the credit union's public relations efforts, identify, and support sponsorships and events.
Plan, coordinate and support firm-sponsored events, including management of event budget and expenses.Define product go-to-market strategy, including product positioning, messaging and channel selection.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, media outlets, and community organizations.
Remain up-to-date on regulations, industry trends, and best practices in marketing.Qualification Requirements :
Possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations or a business-related field. MBA preferred7+ years of experience in marketingPrior working knowledge and experience in a marketing and / or public relations role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Driven desire for personal and professional growth.Bank or credit union experience a plusThis is an on-site position.
