As the Manager of Quality Assurance, you will oversee all Quality Assurance functions ensuring full compliance with FAA Part 135 regulations and company safety protocols. You will lead a team of auditors and maintenance personnel, develop and implement standard operating procedures, and collaborate cross-functional to scale and enhance our drone delivery capabilities. Regulatory Compliance & Certification :

• Develop, implement, and oversee Quality Assurance functions in compliance with FAA Part 135 regulations.
• Thorough knowledge of the contents of Part 135 documentation and experience with writing and revising General Maintenance Manual (GMM), Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) and Training Manuals.
• Ensure company operations, aircraft maintenance, and alterations are in full compliance with Part 135 regulations and aviation safety standards.

Compensation : Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
