We are seeking a Quality Systems Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing quality manufacturing information and providing feedback to Sales, Manufacturing, and Engineering regarding the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS). This role plays a key part in establishing, maintaining, and improving the company’s and plant’s quality systems to ensure compliance with internal standards, customer-specific requirements, and certifications such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure all work instructions are current, at the correct revision level, maintained, and available at the point of use.
- Assist departments in creating and maintaining QMS-related files and work instructions.
- Maintain QS software and update as required.
- Control all documents that could influence the quality of the product.
- Ensure the latest revisions of forms are used for all customer-related documentation.
- Follow up on internal problem reports and maintain the status of corrective actions (internal and external).
- Compile and lead monthly Quality Management Review meetings.
- Develop and execute monthly layered process audits; create and update audit questions.
- Update and track weekly and monthly KPI charts and related performance metrics.
- Train new and existing employees in conducting layered process audits.
- Lead the Quality portion of the Martinrea Orientation Module.
- Run daily reports and monitor customer portals for updates.
- Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by the Quality Manager.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED required.Minimum of two (2) years of related experience and / or training in quality systems or manufacturing.Knowledge of document control processes and procedures.Understanding of customer-specific requirements.Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.Proficient in the English language, with excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to develop schedules and meet deadlines effectively.Work Environment :
