In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive experience in managing multiphase, large-scale initiatives to lead vital capital projects in our facilities. Your focus will be on transitioning our manual production lines into fully automated systems, with specific projects predetermined for execution.

Education : Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology required, with a preference for Electrical Engineering.
Experience : Over 7 years in Manufacturing, with 5 years specifically in electrical and control systems engineering. Experience in food and beverage or consumer packaged goods industries is essential, as is a background in plant operations. Budget management experience in a multi-site manufacturing context is a must, along with expertise in project engineering, including scope definition and cost estimation.
Skills : Exemplify project management leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across various functions. Strong understanding of electrical automation and control systems fundamentals, as well as safety requirements for controls, robotics, and power distribution. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and CAD system usage is preferred. Ability to troubleshoot PLCs and work with a variety of hardware / software systems is critical. Proficient in low and medium voltage power distribution and understanding relevant equipment.
Travel : Availability for up to 50% travel as required.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this position ranges from $90,750 to $151,250 annually, with the opportunity for a 10% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. This range reflects various factors including education, skills, experience, and geographic location, so starting salaries may vary.
