Salary :
- $87,000 - $110,000 annually, based on experience

As a Full-Time BCBA, you will lead and manage ABA therapy programs, provide direct client services, supervise staff, and collaborate with other therapists to ensure holistic care for our pediatric clients. You will have the chance to work with a diverse group of children and their families in a supportive and collaborative team setting.
Responsibilities Include :
Conducting assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plansSupervising and providing support to RBTs and other team membersCollaborating with occupational, speech, and physical therapists to ensure integrated careMonitoring and modifying treatment plans based on progress and dataCommunicating effectively with families to ensure their engagement and satisfactionContributing to the development of the company and its continued growthQualifications :
BCBA certificationMaster’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in a pediatric setting preferred, but not requiredAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentWhy You Should Apply :
