Construction Superintendent – Commercial Interiors & Bank Projects

I'm seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Superintendent to lead and manage commercial interior build-outs and bank construction projects across Dade and Broward County.

This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a sharp eye for detail, and knows how to drive projects to completion — on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on commercial interior and bank construction sites
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure smooth workflow
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards
• Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve delays or issues
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors
• Conduct site walk throughs, inspections, and progress reporting
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
