Our client is a well-established General Contractor in South Florida with a strong reputation for delivering complex commercial projects across the education, municipal, and institutional sectors. Oversee day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain smooth project execution. Implement and enforce safety standards and company policies across the jobsite. Manage project schedules, inspections, and quality control procedures. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, and Architects to resolve challenges and maintain strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Superintendent experience in ground-up commercial construction, with a proven track record managing projects from site development through completion. Previous experience in the education sector (K-12 or higher education facilities) is highly preferred. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to drive projects to completion while maintaining quality and safety are essential.
