Commercial Superintendent – Hospitality (Restaurant Projects)

Location : Deerfield Beach, Florida

Salary : $100,000 – $140,000 (DOE) + Full Benefits Package

Our client, a well-established Florida general contractor specializing in Hospitality and Restaurant construction, is seeking a skilled Commercial Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects throughout the Deerfield Beach area. This individual will be responsible for managing all field operations, ensuring each project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for restaurant and hospitality projects from mobilization through final completion.
• Coordinate daily operations with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project management teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to project schedules while anticipating and resolving field issues proactively.
• Enforce jobsite safety standards, conduct regular safety meetings, and maintain compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes to ensure accurate execution in the field.
• Maintain detailed daily reports, site logs, inspections, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers regarding schedule updates, change orders, material needs, and quality control.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, inspectors, and local authorities to support project success.
• Lead and mentor field staff, promoting teamwork, accountability, and high-quality workmanship.
