Superintendent – Concrete High-Rise (West Palm Beach, FL)

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee field operations on major high-rise structural concrete projects in the West Palm market. This role will lead day-to-day site execution, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production of all vertical and horizontal concrete elements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities for structural concrete scopes, including vertical elements, PT decks, cores, slabs, and major structural components.
• Coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and sequencing to meet schedule and production goals.
• Lead daily huddles, pre-pour meetings, safety briefings, and quality inspections.
• Read and interpret structural drawings, formwork plans, rebar shop drawings, and PT layouts.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and trade partners to resolve field issues and maintain workflow.
• Ensure all work meets safety requirements, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Track daily progress, quantities, manpower, and equipment utilization.
