Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Project Coordinator for a contract opening with one of our largest clients!
This is a Contract Opportunity with our company that MUST be worked on a W2 ONLY, NO visa sponsorship or C2C eligibility for this position . The details are below.
Job Title : Project Coordinator
Contract : Permanent
Location : Tampa, FL
Job / Role Description :
- Manage Engineering and Construction Projects in the Energy Supply organization.
- Lead project teams as the single point of accountability for all aspects of project execution.
- The project coordinator is also responsible for all phases of planning and executing projects to meet the goals of the company with respect to schedule, financial, and operating performance.
- The duties include coordination between the company and the engineering, construction, equipment, and material
providers.
- Responsible for establishing project budget estimates, including both internal and external resources, for all projects, and assist with monitoring and approving invoices from third party suppliers and service providers.
- Provide overall project financial reporting and forecasting of assigned projects.
Required Skills / Experience :
- Power Plant Industry experience, not commercial / residential
- 6 years of experience without a bachelors degree / 4 years of experience with a bachelors degree
- Preferred : PMP or other Project Management certification
