Val Ward has a rare opening for a  Cadillac Sales Consultant  willing to give their best, wants to be part of an elite team, and is interested in a  real career  with  long term potential , not just a job.  As a family owned and operated business,  Val Ward Cadillac  has been proudly serving the Southwest Florida clientele for over 50 years.

We offer best pay, best hours, best working environment in the business.  Sales Hours are Mon - Friday 8-6.  Every other Saturday from 10-4 and closed Sunday for family time.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma / GED, some education beyond high school, excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, and great communication skills. Candidates must be self-motivated with a willingness to continuously prospect and establish and maintain relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Previous Dealership experience is required. General Motors or Cadillac is preferred .
• Ability to build relationships with guests, associates, and all levels of leadership
• Passionate and energetic team member who is innovative, proactive, and focused on quality and serving
• Positive, enthusiastic, and professional image
