Here at Battle Marketing and Management, we're on the lookout for Sales Associate – Entry Level who aren’t afraid to spark conversations and provide real solutions that improve lives. You’ll bring top-tier services directly to our client’s customers, assisting them with all steps of the sales enrollment process and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

Customer Interaction & Solutions

  • Provide exceptional, friendly, and professional sales support to build strong and lasting customer relationships in every interaction.
  • Actively listen to and assess customer concerns to recommend customized sales solutions that are tailored to the customer’s requirements and specifications.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and protection by educating them on available services and suggesting relevant add-ons.

Training & Development

  • Engage in a paid training period to gain expertise in our products and services as well as general sales skills.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and relevant regulatory updates.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge through ongoing training in sales methodologies and effective customer engagement.
