Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of partnership strategies to drive revenue growth
Drive pipeline growth and collaborate with sales leadership to align partner strategies with revenue goals
Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key partners and oversee partner recruitment and enablement programs
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in partner or channel management, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem
Strong understanding of Microsoft's partner programs, incentives, and licensing models
Background in enterprise software, cloud solutions, or IT services with knowledge of Microsoft technologies
Experience in strategic partnership development and account management
Proficiency in CRM systems for reporting and analytics
