We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and driven Intern to join our Product Design Sensory & Analytical team. The team collaborates with Product Development and Packaging to gain insights into product composition, food / packaging interactions, and overall pet food product stability. You will work in a laboratory setting to analyze product stability and inform design, shelf life, and packaging decisions.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range : $23.50 - $33.50 USD. Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) with company matching, subject to eligibility. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation / PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays. Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information will be provided at hire and may be subject to adjustments.
