Job descriptionProvide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at logistics and distribution locations. Screen individuals entering the premises to help to deter unauthorized access and / or prohibited items in accordance with established protocols. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal procedures and site-specific guidelines. Monitor entry and exit points, verifying credentials and / or identification as required by site protocols. Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters. Document and report any suspicious activity, security-related incidents, or policy violations according to established procedures. Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, providing support as directed by site leadership and Allied Universal protocols. Must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Security Professional - Distribution Site Screener - Full Time in Hutchins, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post and requires a valid driver's license.
