We have a Paraeducator / Teacher Aide position we are looking to fill in our school. If you are interested, please read the description below and apply.
Location : Redford, MI
Details :
- Full Time (37.5 hrs / wk)
- EOSY (End : 6 / 13 / 24)
Caseload :
- 1 : 1 14 year old male student / high school
- Will have assistance at all times except for transport to and from Day Program
- Candidate must understand emotional impairments and behaviors.
- Comfortable with de-escalation
- No toileting or feeding
- Student can be aggressive
- Student identifies as transgender
- Candidate must be comfortable with accompanying student during transport to Redford, MI from Woodhaven. He will be attending the EI Day Treatment Program there.
- Will likely renew for NSY if all goes well. No ESY opportunities for high school.
- Interviews will be conducted on-site (preferred); open to Zoom
