Position : AM Barista

Reports to :  General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Dining Room Manager(s)

Position Classification :  Non-Exempt

Pay Type :  Hourly

Purpose

The Barista creates coffee beverages for all guests. This position includes preparing and serving well-crafted specialty coffee beverages.

Key Focus

• Grinding and brewing coffee.
• Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of coffee and educating clients and colleagues about these coffees.
• Consistently providing well-crafted, beautifully presented and tasty beverages.
