Warehouse Manager Multi-Site Operations

Our client, a rapidly growing global industrial manufacturing firm , is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee logistics and warehousing operations across three regional sites . Each location operates multiple shifts and supports complex inbound / outbound logistics for a growing U.S. manufacturing network.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a hands-on manager who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing strategic oversight with on-the-floor operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations across three facilities , ensuring standardization of processes and metrics across sites.
• Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Supervisors and cross-functional warehouse teams on two or more shifts per site.
• Manage all aspects of receiving, cycle counting, inventory accuracy, and transportation scheduling .
• Develop and maintain KPIs for inventory turns, dock efficiency, on-time shipment, and safety compliance.
• Partner with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics to align material flow with manufacturing schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on warehouse layout, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and internal safety policies.
• Oversee fleet maintenance and coordination of inter-facility shipments.
• Implement consistent training and standard operating procedures across all warehouses.
